		<description>I do and usually I have to stuck a reflector below the subject to soften that shadow.  Really need one more flash, maybe two.  

After seeing this guy from strobist, I really think I need to expand my lighting skill and imagination.

		<description>by the way, i see that you are using your strobe on a tripod pointing directly to the ceiling.  do you change the angle around frequently?  boucing lighting directly off the ceiling creates shadow below eyes and chin.</description>
